We meet you on-site (or via a shared photo of the property) and note grass type, slope, obstacles, thin spots, and any bed lines. Takes about 20 minutes.
Written Plan
You get a one-page work order back within 48 hours: scope, per-visit price, season total, start date, and route day. Nothing hidden, nothing verbal.
Weekly Execution
The same two-person crew arrives on the same day each week. Blade sharpness logged. Cut height adjusted seasonally. Blowers off by 6:45p out of respect for neighbors.
Season Review
In November you get a short PDF with photos, what improved, what needs attention next year, and any recommended add-ons — with pricing already in it.
